Enrollment in any NIHT program constitutes a contractual agreement between the student and NIHT.

Students are responsible for all tuition, fees, and financial obligations associated with their enrollment.

Program-specific inclusions, exclusions, requirements, and disclosures are described within each program's enrollment materials and student disclosures.

Certain instructor-led programs may require a seat reservation or enrollment deposit.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, enrollment deposits are non-refundable and may be applied toward:

If eligible, approved refunds may be subject to administrative processing fees.

NIHT reserves the right to inspect all returned materials prior to approving any refund.
