Shipping Policy

This policy applies only to physical materials shipped by the National Institute for Health Technology (NIHT). Online courses, digital materials, recordings, examinations, and learning-platform access are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Student Starter Kits

Starter kits and other included program materials are shipped after the student’s enrollment has been activated, applicable payment requirements have been satisfied, and the student’s shipping address has been confirmed. Shipping a starter kit does not replace or waive any remaining tuition obligation.

Students are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. NIHT is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the student.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are prepared during regular business days. Delivery times vary based on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside NIHT’s control. Tracking information will be provided when available.

NIHT does not guarantee delivery by a particular date and is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages

Students should inspect their packages promptly after delivery. Missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to admissions@myniht.com within seven days of delivery. Please include the student’s full name, order or enrollment information, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier will be reviewed individually. NIHT may require the student to contact the carrier or complete a carrier claim before replacement materials are issued.

Returns

Returns of physical materials are governed by NIHT’s published Return and Refund Policy. Eligible physical items must be unused and unopened and returned within seven days of delivery. Return shipping is the student’s responsibility, and restocking fees may apply.
